Terms and Conditions

 

I am aware that in order to process my application properly, personal data will be stored, in particular these are all the data I enter in the registration form as well as the document(s) I upload to the registration website. I agree that it is necessary to share the data described above with other persons involved in the application process (in particular: IMPRS NeuroCom Faculty and administrative staff).

Data will be stored on servers of the OpenCampus GmbH, Werner-Eckert-Str. 4, 81829 Munich, and once I am accepted also on the IMPRS Coordination office’s workspace.

The data you enter will not be published and are used for internal purposes and for the evaluation report of the graduate school.
If you are NOT accepted to our graduate school, data entered in the context of this application process will be deleted after the next evaluation of IMPRS NeuroCom.
If you are accepted to our graduate school, data entered in the context of your application will be deleted once you received your PhD.

 

There is the right at all times to delete, correct or limit the processing of personal data. However, in this case, your application to the IMPRS NeuroCom can no longer be considered in context of the application process. For the revocation of your consent, please contact: imprs-neurocom@cbs.mpg.de.
There is a right to request information about personal data stored within this context. In this case please contact the IMPRS NeuroCom coordination office: imprs-neurocom@cbs.mpg.de.
